Usually there are some moments during the day that guests have to wait, for example when you are going away to make beautiful pictures or when you want to freshen up. It would be nice to think of ways to entertain your guests at those moments. But how can you do that?
Games
Most people like to do games. And there are so many kinds of games they could do. There are board games, Highland Games, scavenger hunts, quizzes, or active games like bowling, dinner games, mini-golf, or a game of shuffleboard. It would be even nicer if you make the game personal, with questions about or tasks for the wedding couple.
Food trucks
Food trucks are a nice way to entertain your guests, while they are having a tasteful snack at the same time. And there are so many food trucks you can choose from. There are pizza busses, or you hire someone to bake Dutch or French pancakes. There are coffee trucks or ice cream trucks and you can even do a BBQ. It will keep them busy and their stomachs full.
Bouncing pillows
If children are invited as well, it will be a good idea to keep them entertained. Rent a bouncing pillow, or a popcorn machine or play children’s bingo. And put some papers and pencils on a table. You could also hire a nanny, so the parents will have some time for themselves for once. And you will not have to worry about all the children getting bored and therefore running all over the place.
Pictures
It is not an original idea, but it is always nice to rent or buy a polaroid camera. Guests always like to have a personal gift after they leave.
